I want InspirationAve to be a source of Inspiration for you all and I have been thinking there is so much more I can offer you so stay tuned this week I have some exciting plans and I want to share them with you.  Today I am sharing a few of my favorite things that jumped out at me when I was "Pinning". This is a peek into the way I create. I love to make my own mood boards, gather products in the same colors and create projects that have the same feel. It doesn't mean everything will be just like the inspiration but it is such a great place to start. Mood boards are especially easy to create if you have an ipad handy. I keep my photos in little notebooks and reference them as I create. Gathering product before you create is key! It really helps the flow of ideas! Well, Hello Friends! I hope you had a fabulous weekend. I just wanted to share a quick weekend project that I fit in between planting flowers and enjoying my Mothers day:) This project is super simple. Less than 15 minutes tops! I love my striped walls but wanted to add a little pop of color and what better way than a little "HELLO" to greet my guests when they arrive. Yellow is so fun but if you don't want to be so bold -White on white would just add some fun texture too. All you need is $10 and 15 minutes. Supplies: Chipboard letters from Hobby Lobby, yellow paint, foam brush and 3m wall adhesive. XoXo- Amy

Just saying Hello today with a little Spring Banner. Paper is so fabulous!! I love the endless possiblities and relatively inexpensive ways to decorate with some color. Right now I am just finishing up some house renovations and just getting ready to start the decorating phase. The most fun part!! So in the mean time I thought my mantle could use a little color to welcome my friends and family.  I have been a busy little bee trying to get my little shop set up and classes ready to go so... stay tuned for details very soon!
