hey and hello there

Well Hello there my friends! Today I am here to share a few ideas using a fun new stamp set designed by me for Simon Says Stamp. I had hoped to share this post a couple weeks back but thanks to  my little hosting site I haven't had access to my blog. Complete frustration- Arghhh! But I think for now we have resolved the problems. If you haven't been over to Simon Says stamp they have a beautiful new website and ofcourse some fun new sets.

Watercolor and Project life

Happy Friday friends! It's been a busy week not leaving much time to create and share. I'm hoping to do better this next week. So many ideas - never enough time!!! I have been playing a little catchup on my project life and was eager to use my ETC stamp set. I've been a long time fan of water color and thought i would add a little to my book this week. Again another color combination in hopes of spring.... I think it's working- sunshine and blue skies today! Keep reading to see the cards and watch a little video I created to show you how to do this simple technique.

Paper flower How To

Today I am sharing my love of two things. Paper flowers and this color combination. I think the dreary weather has me wishing for some sign of spring and since I can't seem to find any looking outside. I thought I would just make my own. These flowers are perfect to add to any gift bag, box  or make a bouqet and give them as the gift. Trust me on this-you will make someones day! Many people have emailed me asking how to make these paper flowers.  I have provided the link from wedding chicks many times but I think sometimes a video might be more helpful. So today I have a little video to show you how easy these really are.

Color love

I love color and sometimes that is all you need to take a card to the next level of cuteness. This card came together super fast and I just simply love all the color! With Valentines coming up on Friday I thought I better get busy and get some valentines made today. I hope you will join in the fun. No excuses, This is super simple even if you don't have the exact same supplies I'm sure you've got something that will work.
